Yes we do have some integrations with CRM systems. We can integrate your intercom.io/TalkandBuy conversations with Pipe Drive CRM so that when you receive an sms or respond to an sms the activities are noted in Pipe Drive. Yes you can choose your own number. At the moment, our automated system allows you to choose numbers from different countries.
If you would like to choose what each individual number would look like please email [email protected] with the country you prefer, and any number preferences you have such as two repeating digits (99) and we will send you a list of available numbers and set them up for you.
Yes, it is possible to use your current number with Talk and Buy.
There are a few methods to achieve use a current number with Talk and Buy
- If your number already has sms capabilities we can port your numbers sms responsibilities to Talk and Buy (fees apply);
- If your number does not have sms capabilities we can check to see if we are able to enable sms on the number for you (fees apply);
- If you have a twilio number and would like to use it on Talk and Buy we can connect our system to your Twilio number using your twilio api token (fees apply) ;
- If your current sms provider can send you emails when your number receives an sms we are able to integrate your sms platform with Talk and Buy using these emails (fees apply);
